 The cover page of Murder in Paharganj is very attractive. It is in green and black colours having an image of man which is black and just half face of a girl behind. The cover page is really nice and I liked it a lot. 


REVIEW

 I really like to read crime thrillers because they make me stick to my reading corner and Murder in Paharganj by Kulpreet Yadav is one such book. It is a fast paced crime thriller about murder of Sherry Bing, who was found in a cheap hotel in Paharganj, New Delhi and Vicks Menon, a journalist arrives first at the crime scene. It is such a gripping crime thriller that I wasn't able to put it down. This is a very action packed thriller .

 The novel is written in a simple language in a very fluent manner, having small chapters and the events are described very well in a detailed manner, with a very fast and pacy narration.It kept me hooked till the end. The plot is very intriguing and full of suspense and is very well planned that in the every dot comes in place. It is very tight and at various points at kept guessing a lot. It is full of twists and turns making it a page turner. It was a rollercoaster ride for me with so many twists and turns and I enjoyed this ride a lot. At various instances I was able to visualise the events which made it all the more interesting.

 The characterization of the book is very powerful. All the characters are very well developed especially Vicks Menon and I really enjoyed reading about him, the way he was connecting dots to investigate to his emotional turmoil and the way the author has penned down his internal conflicts is  amazing. Apart from him other characters were Jamie, Tonya, ACP Rao etc. The book is set in India as well as in abroad. 

 Overall, a very interesting and an engaging read filled with twists, having a strong plot and has elements of love, drama, crime and suspense. I enjoyed reading it a lot. It kept me at the edge and is a page turner. I would highly recommend this book to all the crime thriller lovers. Now, I can't wait to read another book by the author.
